Very nice hotel. Staff are really friendly, really good service around the hotel. Lovely pool with lots of beds and chairs around it. Food was very nice with lots of choice at breakfast and a different style buffet every evening. Not a lot to do around the area within walking distance so recommend hiring a car or finding a taxi/bus service.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Went for a 4 day quick break in Tenerife and got this hotel as part of a deal with BA. It could do with a bit of TLC here and there but generally it's not a bad hotel.

The food at each meal was excellent and really could not complain about the quality.

Some of the pool area could do with some work. The decking was broken in places and some of the sun loungers had seen better days.

Our room was a Superior room and we had a nice view although wouldn't say much of the room was Superior.

For what we paid, I think we got a good quality hotel and I would come back here for a short break in the future.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a sea view

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left the staff couldn't have been nicer. Before we left we had read some really bad reviews ( ignore them ) yes it could do with a little up dating, but apart from that no complaints here. Food had a good range, we did go out to eat a couple of times for a change of scenery ( highly recommend the Tapas Bar, Fantastic food ) Great walks in all directions, and recommend a swim in the sea ( if you like big waves ) we laughed so hard.. We had a room with sea view, and as for the apperant aeroplane noises keeping people awake!! what a joke, yes we heard a few planes, but did not disturb us in the slightest. And we'll be returning in September... Just what we needed...

Room Tip: 3rd floor, with balcony and sea view a must!!

This hotel was lovely. Food was decent, better than some inclusive places. Great choice and nice setting to eat in.

The room was a little dated, I had damp marks on the wall and wallpaper was coming off a little bit but it was okay. Not English TV but can get Wifi in the room so I used my tablet to watch stuff when I went to sleep.

Shops are on the doorstep, very reasonably priced and plenty available.

The beach around the hotel is rocky so not one for sunbathing but there is some beautiful beaches a bit further along the coastline.

The little fishing port just up from the hotel is a lovely and lively place well worth spending an evening there.

We rented a car from the reception and went travelling which was fantastic, we went up the volcano which was certainly an experience and we went to Siam Park which was fantastic!

Staff were overall okay but I did have a run in at dinner once when a rude waiter had a bee in his bonnet but we put that to rest, the hotel apologised and we got a free spa entry.

Speaking of spa entry, below the hotel is a lovely spa room, jet showers, hot tub etc. Well worth popping into that.

Overall, this place is lovely, out the way of the main hustle and bustle and I would visit again.

This hotel is good, fab location, staff friendly, rooms fine, all have sea views. There is many things that require updating and refreshing such as the some chipped stairs and chairs.. We had a great time, the food was good and the drinks plentiful and generous,,

The young lady that does the eggs in the mornings was interesting, could not do a perfect fried egg or omelette they were usually runny, smashed and on the side of being under cooked.. Apart from this which our group found more amusing than a concern we had a great time...

Would go again however, our expectations would be lower, as it is not a 4 star more of a 3 star really, so probably was a 4 in its day but tired now and in need of a lot of updating so to keep up with other hotels it does require more money spending on it..

Room Tip: It is quiet and all floors were excellent and quiet
