Everything you could possibly need contained within this lovely converted barn. Private garden area with seating and table and bbq if required. Spacious living area with cosy fire and well equipped kitchen.Separate bedroom with very comfortable bed and en suite bathroom. Located near to the picturesque town of Usk but easy travelling to Monmouth, Newport, Cardiff and Bristol.

“A little gem!”

An extremely well maintained, beautifully decorated and comfortable property with kind and welcoming owners next door. Excellently equipped, very quiet and yet conveniently located only a few minutes from the A449. A delightful, good sized garden with seating and views over surrounding countryside as well as off-road parking.

Liked best: Just about everything!
Liked least: The mattress/bed - a bit firm for my very lightweight frame, but this is not unusual.

“What a lovely place to stay.”

We stayed in late June to see an open-air theatre presentation nearby. We were delighted to find that the UK Road Race championships passed close by and Usk Open Gardens was also on that weekend. And a small Jazz Festival.
The Little Barn was brilliant. Log fire, TV, separate bedroom and shower room. Very well appointed, just like new. A very comfortable place to stay, whatever the weather. The owners lived nearby but very few other inhabitants of the small hamlet were to be seen. Accessed by a paved track, you are never going to be disturbed by traffic noise, although the main dual carriageway is visible but not obvious. The views from the garden were beautiful.
Such a nice place to stay. I would buy it if I could!
