This is one of the three craft shops I pass on the way to work. Craft Rennaissance always has a range of attractive items. As I had left myself about 2hrs shopping time before end of day I popped in and chose silver earings, fused glass coaster and as it was our 7th anniv some wonderful warm wool socks - warmest i have ever tried and also endorsed by a skiing vet friend who has to be warm in cow and sheep sheds at 3 am.!
Also available , clocks, paintings, cards, mobiles, pottery, leather goods. Oh go on visit!

Nestled in a broad Welsh valley on the outskirts of the tiny village of Kemeys Commander, a few miles from Usk, you will find this delightful gallery. It looks like a converted house, and has a large window at the side that allows light to flood into the space. It is a treasure trove of works of art: paintings of course, sculptures, ceramics, jewellery, turned wood, fabric craft, something to delight everyone. The ground floor is the largest space, but upstairs you can go left or right to smaller gallery sections that look down upon the main floor. Of course there is a small café with tea, coffee and an assortment of yummy cakes. And outside, a farmyard setting with sheep, hens and rooster, geese, and a friendly tortoiseshell cat. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning soon.

Some of the best art and craft we have seen for a long time. Superb quality paintings and every other craft is of the finest quality. Add to that a cafe serving classy cakes in a lovely setting and you have artistic perfection. Don't miss it ! A

Spent ages here talking to some really talented crafters. The quality of the work on display was amazing. We really enjoyed our visit and will visit again.
