Breakfast and service was exceptional and the room was well air conditioned and clean. I very much liked the addition of a fridge to keep snacks and drinks for my trips outside the hotel. However, I am disappointed that the spa was closed for maintenance for the enitrety of my stay. I feel that the hotel should have informed its guests much earlier of the inconvenience. I also feel that a price reduction should be given to guests as the spa is undoubtedly one of the amenities which guests not only booked for but which allows the hotel a four-star rating and four-star price. I would recommend this hotel, nevertheless.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel very basic. No water in rooms service poor other than Ashmi who was very helpful. No public transport in Legnano, expensive private taxis. Won’t rush back. Would rather stay in Milan and commute.

Thank you for your review.
We regret that your stay in Our hotel wan not good but we need to clarify some point with you.
In all the rooms there is water in minibar, the cost is 2 euros per bottle.
The poor public transport is not our fault, for this reason we give at clients' disposal a taxi service with fixed rates.
Anyway, we discounted the price for the room service to apologize for some inconvenient.

A decent hotel outside of Milan; rooms okay, service and breakfast decent. Positive surprise were the daily apero arrangement at the bar with local ham, cheese and other snacks. Some restaurants in walking distance.

The wifi was very slow feels like back to 1980s’.And there was some bugs in the room Il wifi era molto lento sembra di tornare agli anni '80. E c'erano alcuni bug nella camera 网速若隐若现,空调时有时无屋里还有臭虫,

thank for your time and for sharing your experience!
We apologize about the wi-fi being out, but we are working on the network to improve its functionning.

As regards bugs, it is out of our hands. Next to the hotel there is a park and it could happen if you leave the window open or if the chambermaid opens window to clean the room. But it doesn't mean the room is dirty. Anyway, the reception is available 24 hours to solve any problem. If you had informed us during the stay, we could have change the room or ask a special cleaning.


We wish that doesn't influence your future stays and we look forward to welcoming you back soon

눉a woman at the reception was obliged to serve a large number of people with the effect of getting into the room after 15.00-Αccept all credit cards but when Ι try to pay with American Express did not accept the machine - they said it was out of service days!!!!!!-Fortunately I had cash with me, otherwise I did not know the follow-up-taxi for airport malpensa cost 55 euro

눇the room cleaning service and the the staff at breakfast was amazing
