We apologize about the wi-fi being out, but we are working on the network to improve its functionning.
As regards bugs, it is out of our hands. Next to the hotel there is a park and it could happen if you leave the window open or if the chambermaid opens window to clean the room. But it doesn't mean the room is dirty. Anyway, the reception is available 24 hours to solve any problem. If you had informed us during the stay, we could have change the room or ask a special cleaning.
