“Amazing peaceful place with splendid views”
Reviewed 4 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

We enjoyed our stay at the annexe that Karen and Phil own. It was a wonderful peaceful location and the annexe itself was fully equipped and so cosy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have rebooked next christmas. The location is great for everything from visits to musuems and castles, to a day at the seaside. And not forgetting family close by. Loved it. And Karen made deliciouos home made bread and scones for our arrival Most needed. Thank you xxx A lovely touch.

“Great place to stay!”
Reviewed 13 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Phil and Karen were brilliant. They welcomed us with homemade bread and cake which were both delicious. They advised us on places to visit in the area. The Waterfall walk is amazing and well worth visiting and also the Brecon Mountain railway. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely conservatory with superb views of the Brecon Beacons. Lovely big washroom with a walk in shower and everything you need in the kitchen. Karen kindly washed our clothes for us after we got a bit muddy on a walk which I thought was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

“Home from home”
Reviewed 19 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Can't fault this accommodation. Had a wonderful stay. Phil and Karen very welcoming and only too happy to impart information on what to see and do. Lovely touch to bake us a loaf of bread and chocolate cake (both of which were delicious). Good central location to use as a base. Look forward to returning (hopefully in the near future).

“Great holiday cottage”
Reviewed 19 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We are staying here now for one week and almost about to end our stay. The cottage is exactely as stated on the site. Karen and Phill gave us a warm welcome with homemade bread and cake. They are very helpfull and available in case we need anything. We love the annex and the unexpected visits from the cows.
