Stayed at Las Torres as part of a hiking trip. An absolutely magical location, surrounded by mountains with horses freely roaming the grounds - heaven! The room was very nice and well appointed. There was decent wifi, but not enough electrical outlets. Lovely shower with lots of hot water - great after a long day hiking. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quite hot, but leaving the windows open and turning down the heat took care of that.

We had a wonderful dinner at Las Torres - potato puree with roasted veg for starters, potato gnocchi with beef for mains and apple strudel for dessert. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. the dining room is spectacular as well - surrounded by windows overlooking the grounds - just beautiful.

Breakfast was amazing as well. Lots of choices for hot and cold - everything was fresh and tasty.

I hope to visit again soon!

The hotel was picturesque from the outside, nestled into the mountains. Rooms weren’t anything fancy but they did the job.

The best thing about the hotel was the knowledge and passion shown by the guides, they really took the time to explain things properly and were interested in the wildlife and nature.
This is an amazing place, hope to come back someday!

My wife and I cant say enough good stuff about this hotel: staff, food, views, adventure or easy hikes, excursions, rooms, bar are all a one of a kind experience. The view from the bar of the mountain is like nothing else, mesmerizing. We have been to 6 continents and we always have a rule to keep seeing new places. We decided we would come back to this hotel for a week within the next five years or so. Cons: it is tough to get to this or any hotel in patagonia so be patient, weather can be challenging so bring the correct outdoor gear. That's more a reality than a con but it did challenge some guests.

Room Tip: Closer to the hotel, some are in seperate buildings and you could be exposed to the weather for a bit in between buildings

It as grown since the last time I was there 9 years ago and the additions layout are terrible. Facing the lobby there are an extremely long wing to the left and a shorter one leading to the restaurant to the right. Upon arrival assigne room # 62 at the end of the left wing. Returned to the lobby and requested for a closer room and was told that was not possible since all the reservations are made in Punta Arenas. I am 73 years old and not in the position to go trekking indoors. Measured the distance from the room to the restaurant at 1620 feet. Just a round trip for breakfast required more than 3000 feet. The hotel was not fully booked with plenty of rooms in the Canelo 1 and 2 closer to the lobby.

The rooms are plain and extremely expensive. There is a problem with the bath tubs been very slippery and even with a bath mats slipped.

The food in the lobby was fine but charging 14 US dollars for a beer is extortion. The internet was slow, intermittent and with poor reception. This not acceptable in 2018.

There are no many choices in this park...others hotels in the park also have shortfalls when it comes to customers since they have a monopoly.

Room Tip: Request a room in the two wings closer to the lobby and if possible a second floor so you can enjoy the landscape.

Our stay at this property was the highlight of our 2.5-week trip throughout Patagonia. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, from the van driver to the front desk staff, bar/restaurant servers, and especially the excursion guides. The property is perfectly nestled against Patagonia's most beautiful scenery, and we saw guanaco, hares, lots of birds, and even two pumas during our time there.

Room Tip: Our room in the furthest building from the main building was very quiet and had stunning views of the mountains, fall foliage, and hotel gardens.
