Spent 2 nights here for the football . Easy to get to and convenient because of the park and ride . Staff helpful room as expected for a Travelodge .
A previous review said that there is only a burger restaurant there. There is in fact a dinner at the side it use to be a little chef but they have pulled out . So old staff are still running it and would welcome any customers

Had some trouble in finding the hotel but once located was given a cheerful welcome by the receptionist. Found the room a little cold at night and told the receptionist. The receptionist was very good and gave me an extra duvet. It is this sort of service that brings people back to the hotel. The room was basic but certainly adequate for a short stay.g
Within a short walk is a Burgerking and adjoining it a cafe which is good for breakfast. Unfortunately, it closes at 3 pm. Just an Approx. 10 min drive away is the Queens Head pub recommended to me by the receptionist. Easy to find and have good meals there. Overall a happy stay at the hotel and would recommend it for short stays. Although I could not register the service or cleanliness below. I would mark these high and the room average

My husband and I have had to visit Norwich every other week for the past 6 months and will be continuing to travel to Norwich a couple of times a month for the next 6 months or so. We always stay at Cringleford Travelodge.

It isn't in the the most picturesque of positions sandwiched between the A11, a petrol station and the park and ride. It is however a very convenient location if traveling from the south or west. It is easy enough to get into Norwich centre, or to travel around Norwich and further into Norfolk. There is plenty of parking on site.

It's an older Travelodge but has always been warm and clean with plenty of hot water. We haven't ever had a problem with noise.

There is a Burger King and Little Chef next to the Travelodge. We haven't eaten in either so can't comment. I understand the Little Chef shuts early. There is also a new McDonald's just across the road. We usually drive to a nearly pub or head into Norwich to eat.

The staff are the friendliest staff we have come across at a Travelodge and one reason why we keep returning. No sign of any of the rudeness mentioned in a previous review and they have always been helpful providing hairdryers and additional towels on request.

We're planning to continue to use this Travelodge during the remainder of our visits to Norwich.

Room tip: Staff tend to place people in the quietest rooms (furthest from the entrance) first.

Me and my wife stayed here over night while on a visit to Norwich,
The hotel is really easy to find, on the junction of the A47 and the A11,
And its right next to the park and ride so really east to get into Norwich (£3.50 per adult)

The staff where very helpful and even asked if we needed a hand with our luggage,
It was opposite a petrol station on the junction of two major roads in the area, but you would never now they were there it was that quite.

There is a buyer king next door, if you want anything to eat, or pop over to the petrol station,

the only down sides was the bathroom could do with a bit a steam clean in places ( see photos) Im sure the room staff do there best, but a little spray with a small steam cleaner would help here,
Also we noticed when getting ready to leave in the morning. a big stain on the quilt, which was not made by us (see Photo)
Some one should have seen this, when doing the room.

Over all, very good and would stay again.

One night stopover whilst attending the Antique Fair at the showground which was very close. The Travelodge is situated behind a garage and there is ample parking. Fast check in and very helpful staff who printed off a map to a garage as we had a problem with the car.also gave us a 10% coupon for a local pub for dinner. The room was clean and comfy bed. There was tea, coffee etc only thing lacking was a hairdryer but you could get one from reception. The bathroom was fine but water pressure not that good. Wifi fast and free for 1/2 hour. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.
