To mark our 10 years as a couple we decided to return to Crossways after a long gap.

We're so glad we did!

The room and food were both as brilliant as all our previous visits. The food is always imaginative and tasty and the wine list is great too.

Well done David and Clive. I'm hoping to persuade my wife to treat me at Crossways for my birthday later this year!

Room Tip: Room with balcony available and well worth it as it overlooks a lovely garden.

Very warm welcome from the owner, very comfortable room and an EXCELLENT full English breakfast. Easy journey to Glynedbourne for the opera. We will certainly come again.
We also enjoyed a typical English afternoon tea served by two very courteous ladies.

Very good restaurant, with a set £41 5-course menu, including coffee and petits fours. David is a delightful host. Breakfast is excellent. The garden is pretty and the rooms are fine, but there is constant traffic noise from the A27 trunk road by which the hotel is located, which did mar our experience, since it was hot and we wanted the windows open.

Room Tip: At the back, away from the road

Thank you for your kind remarks glad that you enjoyed your dinner and breakfast.
Sadly there is not alot we can do about the road. We have been waiting for a bypass for many years, hopefully one day it wil happen.

We had a wonderful stay at Crossways Hotel, where we had an excellent diner. Surprisingly delicious in fact as we are rather fond of dining regularly in very good restaurants in Belgium.
Thank you David for the nice weekend.
