The rooms are simple, new and clean . The beds are comfy and the view is Fabulous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff is friendly ,the common areas are lovely and ALL have the view. I slept with the curtains open so I could see the city lights at night and the bay as soon as I woke up. The breakfast was good with lots of choices and the view. The dinner we had when we got there late was good and had the view and good service. We sat by the pool enjoying the view and had good service there, too. There are 2 banquet rooms near the pool. Having a wedding or at least the reception there would be a dream. We loved this place and loved Kalamata.

Room Tip: I don't think I have to. It looked like they all faced the bay.

A nice hotel with a beautiful view on Kalamata golf. Swimming pool and his bar are good. The Hotel restaurant is average to not say least. Breakfast is good no question. You should use hotel as a bed & Breakfast and drive down to Kalamata for evening dinner ( 8km ) it's not far and it's quite easy to park car.

Room Tip: all the room have a sea view so no issue whatever the room you choose.

We stayed 1 week in this hotel during our vacation in the Peloponnessos and it was absolutely wonderful. We received the highest standard of customer service, from the frontdesk to the room cleaning staff and the lady at breakfast. It is good to stay here if you want to visit the sights in this part of the country. It is relaxed and quiet and there is a nice pool where you can dip in after your day visiting the sights. The view over Kalamata is beautiful. Nothing but praise about this hotel.

Room Tip: All the rooms overlook Kalamata, and have a balcony.

We chose this hotel for the pool and view of Kalamata and we were not disappointed at all. We were here during the low season and had to pool all the ourselves most of day.

The pool is large and the view is the best in Kalamata for sure. We have been coming to the Kalamata area for many years and Horizon Blu used to our favorite in Kalamata but I think we’ll come back here.

The room has a large terrace and the same awesome view and for Greek standards a very comfortable bed.

But the only down side is the breakfast which isn’t worth eating.

Advantages:
- Very nice view of the Mesinian bay.
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Large room and comfortable bed.

Disadvantages:
Certainly over priced for what is (128 euro/night for the period 09-15 July 2017). My husband and I are frequent travelers and have been to various hotels and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Specifically:

- One would wonder whether the hotel was going through refurbishment, or they simply had not finished the work in the first place; Wires were hanging from the walls in various public areas of the hotel. There was a huge leather sofa and the rips in the cover drew your attention, as they need major repair. Some parts of the walls were damaged due to humidity. Public toilets in the restaurant/pool area were old; the toilet seat had a shade of yellow stain (possibly from detergent usage) and together with the broken bulb of the lamp, which was not replaced, it didn’t leave the best impression.
- The hotel entrance and lobby are not disabled friendly. You have to climb several stairs to get to the main entrance so you need to carry your suitcase as there is no step free access (leveled or ramped) and/or lift access to the main entrance.
- The lift was extremely slow. Despite the fact that I am pregnant many times I preferred to take the steps rather than waiting for the lift.
- No showerhead holder in the bathroom. (You had to keep the hand set with one hand and wash with the other hand like in the old days)
- No safe box in the bedroom.
- No luggage rack in the bedroom.
- The hotel did not have a gym.
- At the breakfast area, the coffee maker machine providing hot water for tea had a problem and hot water coming out was full of white spots (aggregated salt/limescale). Even though we reported this to the owner nothing was done about it until our last day of stay. Eventually, we asked, the kind lady serving at breakfast area and she brought us hot water in a teapot.
- They charge for making a frappe (cold Nescafe) for breakfast – Frappe is the most common coffee for Greeks – so it’s like charging for tea in UK or for espresso in Italy! While it is a common practice to charge a Fredo in some hotels, this was the first time ever that we were asked to pay for a frappe. It’s worth mentioning that the staff remained kind and polite and of course it was not their fault, but apparently this was the hotel’s policy as expressed by the owner of the hotel.
- The full amount was charged prior to our arrival which doesn’t seem to be a fair practice. When we asked to leave the hotel as it did not live up to our expectations for the above reasons, we were denied any kind of compensation.
- It was very warm and humid while we were there and yet only the bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning. Some evenings they turned on the AC in the main lobby but as for the room corridors, no air condition system was installed.
