Very average hotel with good location and view. however only the basics are offered. Breakfast poor and low quality. It seems to be short of staff with no professionals. Visitors are families, few low usher honeymooners and old couples of middle class! The private beach is full of rocks and pebbles and access to the sea is hard. It needs renovation in communal areas. Rooms are of good size however pillows and mattress of low standards. No tea making facilities in the room. Bathtub is whirlpool type though! A cheap overall solution for decent budget. I wouldn't recommend it however no good options around.

This hotel was sufficient for our one night stay. The room was a bit plain, but I don't go to the beach to stay in my hotel room. The ocean water is crystal clear and the rocky beaches mean you don't get sand all over your towels and into the room. The hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired. I would recommend venturing out to others. We did enjoy the poolside/beach bar and the staff were helpful.

Directly on the beach, all rooms with sea view, rooms are of international 4 star standard quality. Quiet at night, parking lot in front of the hotel, free wifi but a bit weak in remote rooms. Pool, small beach abut 20 steps from the pool, sun beds and parasols, natural shade from trees also available. Breakfast buffet of good quality.

Visited the hotel and Kalamata on Easter 2016 as a member of a group trip.
The hotel ( needs renovation, rooms look a little old) is away from the center of Kalamata and you need to take a taxi to go to the city (since the bus has specific hours that goes).
Service was slow , not many choices to decide from should you decide to eat in the hotel.
The really positive thing though is that is located on the beach(Messiniakos Kolpos- Messinian bay) and you have an amazing view of the sea by the room .

Room Tip: Choose a room on the first or second floor , the view to the sea is amazing!
