“Would I stay again- yes absolutely !”
Reviewed 13 October 2018 for a stay in October 2018

Three bedroom villa- no 3 sits in a slightly elevated position which allows some partial views of the sea which is extremely pleasant. It's a very central location to Protaras with its restaurants, shops and bars, makes a car unnecessary unless you particularly like one. It has some tropical planting outside and plenty of seating around the pool for 6 guests. A nice big umbrella to give you some shade. The pool is a lined pool but great for a cool off or for the kids to splash around. Metal steps out of the pool so if infirm you may find that tricky.
Inside the villa the down stairs again has plenty of seating, reasonable size kitchen and is light and bright.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms works well, none of this going on and off on timers that I am starting to see at villas.

It's a 10-15 walk to the beach and the management staff for the villa were very efficient. Lidl 5 minutes walk away.

I would note if you are road noise sensitive you may find the one twin room to the front of the house a little noisy. Not a problem for me.

I would have given 4 stars apart from these minor points below:
If they wanted to improve things, some minor points for consideration: some extra clothes hangers (think there was only 10 between 6 of us), couple of chopping boards would help to protect their work surfaces as well, a few more pots and pans and some wine glasses (we bought a couple and left them)

Would I stay again? absolutely!

“Fantastic location ”
Reviewed 9 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We stayed here for 2 weeks from the 23 July to 8th Aug 2017.
First impression of villa 5 stars. After a few days you start to notices silly little things....like pool area not clear, no curtain in the kitchen which makes it really warm with the morning sun, broken chairs which they took to repair but left us with only 6 and we were a family of 8.
I said silly things which is why I give this villa a 4 not a 5.
They ground floor double bedroom which there are no photos on here was great, My son said it was lovely & cool down there all the time.
Location of villa was 10/10, 5 min walk down to Fig Tree Beach and loads of good restaurants, bars and shops.
Would I stay here again and the answer would be YES, YES, YES!!!
We had a great family holiday in Cyprus.
We went on a boat trip, buggy trip, water park, go karting and went to Troodos Mountain
We also hired beach buggies to go to Konnos beach and that was my favourite beach!

“Great Location ”

Just starting our second week here and thought I would write a review as not many anywhere.

Location is fantastic - we have visited Cyprus quite a few times over the years and this sis the best location yet.

Villa is spacious and suits the 4 couples comprising our group, us and 3 boys and their partners.

There are a few downsides to the villa - it could do with a revamp - the decor is getting tired and a few broken bits of furniture here and there and you need blinds on the doors to the patio from the kitchen. The plates and glasses are made from 3 or 4 sets and the a/c is a bit old.

On the whole it is very good just a bit dated.

The agent Imagine Villas were good and transfers arranged for us were at the airport waiting for us.

Would recommend but would be better if a bit of time and money was spent on it.

“Lovely villa in central location”

The villa is in a perfect location only a few minutes from the centre of Protaras. A car would not be necessary as all amenities are close by, beach, bars, restaurants and not forgetting that Lidle's is a stones throw away.
The villa has three floors, on the top floor there are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a good hot powerful shower over the bath. There are patio doors in one of the twin rooms overlooking the pool, a balcony from the double bedroom and another patio door from the hall. The upstairs is really light and airy, air conditioning units in all the bedrooms. There are large built in wardrobes, there was a free safe and a high powered hair dryer.
The main entrance from the street was at the rear of the villa, this is on the middle floor, a very nice dining area with windows to the back and side, extending to fit 8 people comfortably. There was a radio, docking station and books on a small book case here. The kitchen was well equipped with a decent hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Iron, iron board clothes airer also.available. There are patio doors leading out onto a large balcony area which has outside lighting for evening time. We sat here in the morning sun, it overlooks the pool. The sitting room is comfortable with a smaller balcony again overlooking the pool and has ceiling fans. There was a tv with a few satellite channels, we mainly used it for the news channels, not much in the way of British tv channels. The wifi was very good and was in the sitting room, it was not great in the twin bedrooms but could be used around the pool and the double bedroom perfectly. There was a PlayStation and games witch my 8 year old enjoyed. There was a cloakroom toilet on this floor. Heading down to the bottom floor and pool from here there was a child's safety gate. The bottom floor had a double bedroom, no windows in this room but our party found it to be comfortable and there is a seperate shower room. The outside space was really great, and were we spend most of out time. There is a large patio table under the building which was great to use, lovely and shady out of the sun. There was a large four burner gas bbq with plenty gas to use. Rattan sofas and tables which could be under the shade of the building or out in the full sun. (A drinks fridge would be great down in this area) The pool was a good size, not too cold even in October with sun loungers. There is also lighting around the pool area for evening use.
The villa is close to the road, but we were not disturbed by any traffic noise, separated by the garden, a drive and cycle path.
We had a lovely holiday here, the letting agency were very helpful with all enquirers and always on hand to help promptly, efficiently, and all very friendly. Thank you
