The staff is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and sincere so we felt like at home. The hotel has been refurbished recently and the decoration is superb with a very strong character. The bedroom has a decent size and the bed very comfortable. The hotel manager is a plus. Really a pleasure staying at the Dorion

Stay three nights at the Hotel Dorion, Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. My room was right in front of the pool which unfortunately is not heated. If you come to visit, come during the summer so you can swim. Five minute walk down hill to the beach were there are many restaurants. Not really located in a great shopping area so take a taxi to old town, it's about €10 one way. The staff was the best part of this hotel, always a smile, always so helpful.

BRILLIANT HOTEL !
Fabulous staff !
Quality breakfast with so much to choose from.
Beautiful rooms cleaned daily
Fabulous pools and so quiet , we had the pool to ourselves most days
Great location only 5 mins walk to the beach
Bus stop just 100m away to take you to Mykonos Town which is a must as it is so beautiful .

TO MAKE IT A TOP TOP RATED HOTEL
Softer beds required
Greek entertainment once a week would be lovely
Poolside bar in September
Heated pool needed
Proper showers not just baths with shower attchments in the rooms .

Room tip: Choose rooms overlooking the bay ...you will not be disappointed !

We are seniors who spent three nights in September, 2016. The hotel was clean, the staff pleasant, and the included breakfast was very nice.

A special extra that we have never before encountered was the presence, at the side of the hotel building of one of the many very small churches that festoon the island. This one, however was kept unlocked, so that any time one felt the desire to pray, or just meditate, the church was there.

The Dorian was really a good experience; it was a real treat at a moderate price level.
