Your first impression of this establishment is the store you have to go through to get to the restaurant. I took my 93 old mother, my wife and children to this restaurant. We ordered the menu that was priced 19 Eur. That should have been a warning. The decor is nice and it hides the concept of serving inferior quality food at a low price. It is clearly pre-packaged, pre-prepared food. My sons steak was still cold and my other son couldn't get through his chicken. My mom had also trouble biting through the undercooked steak. I can't even begin to describe their hamburgers. Absolutely horrible. Everything seemed cheap and food from a package. All the while a television set was showing commercials for the various Croy products. We were very disappointed and won't go for this cheap food concept again.
