A warm welcome from this friendly restaurant, situated in the old station at Conduche, near Bouzies and Cabrerets, and the Grotte de Pech Merle. You can eat on the sunny platform or on a shady terrace. There is a menu du jour and some "suggestions du chef". Good gambas, salmon, duck and steaks, or omelettes if you want something lighter. The tomato salad was a good demonstration of how the French do simple things very well; tasty deep red tomatoes served in a tangy vinaigrette. Lunchtime or evening, it's always reliable.
