“Beautiful Villa Fiorenzani”
Reviewed 1 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

We enjoyed a wonderful extended family holiday in this beautiful villa. Ilaria was so kind and thoughtful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. This is a character-filled villa with stunning views and plenty of room for everyone.
We had great day trips to Volterra, Florence and Siena but also enjoyed everything that the village had to offer. Great restaurants and very friendly people. Highly recommended.

“Lovely Villa has best of both worlds, at the edge of town with country feel and amazing views.”
Reviewed 6 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Family and friends stayed at Villa Fiorenzani for a wedding. Great house, beautiful views and friendly town. It was great for adults and kids. My kids roamed the town without a care in the word. Lots of space for everyone. Amazing.

“Lovely views over the Tuscan Hills”
Reviewed 22 October 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Following a winding road to the top of a hill we arrived at the villa which is situated on the edge of the Medieval village of Radicondoli. The Villa is within a few minutes walk of the small town centre. Our lovely hostesses were there to meet us when we arrived and were willing to provide advice or assistance when required.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 large bedrooms downstairs and 2 smaller rooms upstairs.Whilst we were there it was unseasonably hot and these upstairs rooms were quite uncomfortable for sleeping however our hosts said they were waiting for an air conditioner to be installed. Extra fans were supplied.
We ate in most nights and on one occasion had a cooking class at the villa which was lots of fun. We also enjoyed meals at two of the local restaurants. The lounge was comfortably furnished. Outside there were several seating and dining areas to take in the lovely garden and pool area from which you could view the surrounding hills. The pool was kept beautifully clean and we swam most days. There is an old style coal/wood BBQ which we didn't use. The washing machine is also located outside under a sheltered area.
The villa was a lovely place to stay and explore the surrounding countryside and its delightful villages. It is driving distance to Siena,San Gimignano and Florence. There is a local bus service but to do the area justice a car is required.

“Perfect gateaway place”
Reviewed 19 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

The Villa is truly nice, even in September. Ilaria was ready to welcome you on arrival and to say goodbye on check out, and always eager to help us in every situation. The villa is perfectly located in this small but absolutely lovely and picturesque village (Radicondoli) where everyone is really friendly and nice. You smell fresh air, you see wonderful landscapes, you meet nice people: what else can you ask for?
The villa is big enough to host 10 people. We were not able to enjoy so much the pool because of the weather (not super sunny, and water was cold), but owners come every morning (without being intrusive at all) to clean the pool and the garden.
The views from pool/villa are magnificent.
Wifi connection was good. There is an outdoor and handy barbecue grill, we didn't use. Enough parking area for 2 cars, under a beautiful vineyard.
Absolutely to promote and to escape big cities routine!

“Well located a few steps from medieval town”
Reviewed 7 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We were 5 women travelling and stayed at the Villa for a week. We had a bedroom each which was our requirement. Friendly and very helpful owners that met us, showed us around and left a few groceries for us as a starter kit, which was very thoughtful.
The upper level was very hot due to humidity, but owners supplied us with fans for comfort. Will be great when air conditioning in. Rooms upstairs more suitable if you have children but was ok. Bathroom upstairs needs ventilation and small shower floods bathroom with not enough drainage on floor. Otherwise ok, nicer for adults downstairs.
Downstairs has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic with kitchen, separate lounge room. Well equipped kitchen. Needs more tea towels for the week stay. All other linen supplied
Outside gardens maintained daily by owners with pool overlooking valley and many dining areas outside. Pool refreshing and kept very clean. Washing machine located outside as well. We would have liked to use the bbq but it wasn't modern and looked too complicated. So if we cooked, we cooked inside.
We had a cooking lesson at the villa and then the food was served to us by the chefs which was fantastic!
Would recommend the villa for people to stay at. We had a car and I would highly recommend visiting close towns of Casole d'elsa. Very arty town and Colle val d'elsa, a split level town. We did go further afield to Volterra which was great and I would recommend. Also visited San Gimignano and Siena.
Our own little medieval town outside our doorstep was delightful, and we dined at a couple of restaurants there. People very friendly and very social.
