Very pleasant old estate converted into a perfect place if you are looking to stay between these two cities. Husband is a wonderful chef and wife does all the baking and they are both excellent at what they do. Prices are reasonable and there is a fine wine list at reasonable prices. Stayed here 3 nights and ate 4 meals plus breakfast and never disappointed. Indeed, they even arranged a great tour of local archeological sites for us.

Annamaria and Pietro are real masters of Italian hospitality. They created a wonderful environment to enable special stays in this magic villa in the middle of nothing. There are plenty of discrete and intimate corners. The pool is just a relaxing bath, not large enough for swimming.

From the moment you arrive through the lush green gates with spa music playing you feel relaxed after a busy tour of Italy. We chose Villa Euchelia as our final stop for 3 nights of complete relaxation before our flight home from FCO. It’s a family owned and run Villa with around 7 well appointed rooms. Ours was the only one with a balcony from what I could tell. Definitely splurge for the balcony. Morning cappuccino overlooking Castrocielo and Lazio tastes much better.

The rooms are cozy, clean well appointed B&B style rooms. The showers are a little small but worked fine. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the AC kept it nice and cool.

We woke up to a beautiful breakfast spread with fresh baked local ingredients. See photo since too many choices to detail. You can also ask for eggs any style. They have a self serve commercial Nespresso machine in the restaurant for use 24/7 and I road that thing hard.

They are not open for lunch but will make a great panini or pizza in a pinch for a nominal charge. And don’t be shy to ask for an ice bucket and bring your own booze to the pool for refreshment under the hot sun. Their round Roman pool is something out of a period piece. Even the Roman statues and fountain add to the time travel. We were so toured out we crashed for 3 days around their beautiful pool.

And we had dinner there all three nights because not only are they only restaurant in town, they are the best restaurant for a hundred miles and among the best we had in all of Italy. The burrata ravioli is to die for. The truffle Spaghetti is delicious. Everything was great and reasonable prices for reasonable portions. Keep room for dessert! Local Lazio wines at 16€ a bottle were excellent. Especially the Syrah.

Villa Euchelia will definitely be a staple stop for us the next time we fly home from Rome which should be often as Italy is our goto destination.

Our 3rd stay at Villa Euchelia and it didn't disappoint. A family run hotel with Anne-Marie taking care of the guests and Petro taking care of the kitchen. Home made food with a fantastic buffet breakfast with home made bread and cakes. If you want a quiet stay in a well run, friendly hotel then Villa Euchelia is for you. The rooms are cosy, clean and quiet, so a good night sleep is guarenteed. Only 10 minutes from the motorway, it is a must for one or more nights stay if you are travelling around Italy. Thank you Anne Marie for a great holiday.

A jewel in the Italian mountains of Frosinone. We checked in to this hotel for a overnight stay on our way to Catania. After both a long flight and drive we found this mesmarizing little place. A warm welcome waited us in the reception and the lady followed us up to the room to check that everything was in order. We had fantastic dinner in their restaurant with the recommendation menu. And likewise breakfast.

Some may see this hotel as small (only 7 rooms) and with very little staff at hand but the room as well as the hotel and experience we found way over our expectations (especially considering the price). We feel sorry we couldn't stay longer.
