I talked with the host Yolande on the phone a couple of times before we decided this would be good place to enjoy the rest of my vacation in Barbados. In our conversation because she was so nice I knew this was the place for me. And yes the 2 storied house did not disappoint. On the Inside there is open space with lots of sunshine and tropical breeze all the time. I feel as if I never left home. Everything is neat and clean. comfortables beds, Kitchen table, huge stove with oven, New refrigerator, plenty pots and pans with utensils and towels, WiFi with You Tube and Netflix. On the Outside there is the space to park your hire car if you have one but you do not need one, the bus stop is close. The neighbors are friendly and make you fell safe walking to the beach which is only 6 minutes away. The Queen Street beach has white golden sand and blue water to encourage you to go for a swim or and enjoy a sunset every day. Short walk to Speightstown you can tour the Museum, Shop for fresh fruits and Vegetables, gifts and visit the library..
Get away from the tourist area and stay amongst the people. You can not go wrong at this place. I visited Barclays Park, Silver Sand Beach, Skeete Bay, Bathsheba beach, Brandons Beach and took a dip in the Hot Pot.

From the moment we arrived Yolande greeted us like old friends and made us sooo welcome. She showed us around the house and told us where everything was kept.

The house is attractively furnished and decorated. We had everything that we needed. We are already halfway through our month long stay and have booked for next year as well.

This house is close to all the local amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars and THE BEACH !!! The beach is literally at the end of the road. The bus stops at the end of the road and travelling to anywhere on the island is possible for a few dollars. Each trip is just 2$.

We can definitely recommend this holiday accommodation to almost any age group and a wonderful holiday in a nice clean house is guaranteed.
