Lovely bungalow, 1 minute walk to the beach! Great location for travelling to Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Brighton. Bungalow was like home from home, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean and tidy, dog friendly and would stay again. Very nice welcome pack-much appreciated thankyou.

I have recently come back from staying at Sea Breeze. What a lovely place. It really is home from home. It was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds.
The beach is just a 5 minute walk which was ideal for the children and our dog. Rustington is a lovely little town with all the shops you need.
David and Christine are very friendly both over email and in person.
We will definitely be back again.

very good rental very clean and well layed out beach nearby shops near by very quite neighbourhood only trouble is parking as on street parking only and the person in other bungalow always parks on road when they have a drive to park in very clean and well maintained i have stayed in both bungalows in the recent year and both are pleasant to stay in nice garden to sit in as well everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

I have been staying here at different times of the year since 2015 and find it the perfect holiday accommodation for my family which includes Jekka the cockapoo. The bungalow itself is comfortable and warm, well equipped for self catering, and the town is only a 10 minute walk away with good selection of shops inc Waitrose, Cook, 2 butchers, deli, great fruit & veg, baker, plus some good eating places. The walk along the greensward above the beach is a few steps from the front door and is lovely and you can get to a East Preston along there easily, where there are more restaurants and two pubs. Going back next year, need I say more!
