Sea Breeze 1 is a lovely, comfortable bungalow. It is home from home and caters for every need. My husband and I are disabled, everything was so easy to use, the walk in shower is very spacious. The bungalow is a stones throw from the beach. The village is beautiful containing thatched roof cottages, 2 supermarkets and best of 3 bookshops. Rustington is a very friendly place, perfect for dog and bird lovers. We hope to return soon. We would highly recommend Sea Breeze.

Fantastic location, perfect for my ageing mum as it was stepless, great for my 11 yr old as it had a garden and was a stones throw from the beach. It had everything we needed and it was clean.

We stayed here for 7 weeks whilst we were having work done at home. The bungalow is a perfect location as it’s a stone’s throw from the beach (lots of sand and rock pools when the tide is out). Rustington shopping centre, where there is a good selection of shops, is a short walk or a 2 minute drive away. The bungalow has everything you need and is warm and cosy. The small conservatory at the back of the bungalow is east facing so it’s the perfect place to have morning coffee after a dog beach walk. The owners, David and Christine were very helpful in making our stay home from home. If we didn’t live near the sea we would certainly use this bungalow for our holidays.

Another good week at Sea Breeze, my 8th I think. The bungalow is comfortable and warm, with everything you need. It has been a chilly week but we were nice and cosy. The bungalow is situated perfectly for the regular dog walks we do every day. Could hardly be any closer to the greensward and beach. Not far from a very good shopping area, and near bus routes that take you all over the area, including to the railway station if you prefer trains. We used both this week and didn't take the car anywhere. Couldn't recommend more, going back again later in the year.
