1 review We stayed here for 7 weeks whilst we were having work done at home. The bungalow is a perfect location as it’s a stone’s throw from the beach (lots of sand and rock pools when the tide is out). Rustington shopping centre, where there is a good selection of shops, is a short walk or a 2 minute drive away. The bungalow has everything you need and is warm and cosy. The small conservatory at the back of the bungalow is east facing so it’s the perfect place to have morning coffee after a dog beach walk. The owners, David and Christine were very helpful in making our stay home from home. If we didn’t live near the sea we would certainly use this bungalow for our holidays.

Another good week at Sea Breeze, my 8th I think. The bungalow is comfortable and warm, with everything you need. It has been a chilly week but we were nice and cosy. The bungalow is situated perfectly for the regular dog walks we do every day. Could hardly be any closer to the greensward and beach. Not far from a very good shopping area, and near bus routes that take you all over the area, including to the railway station if you prefer trains. We used both this week and didn't take the car anywhere. Couldn't recommend more, going back again later in the year.

The basket of tea and biscuits kept us going until our shopping arrived for the week - we always take advantage of the full kitchen facilities
George the dog thoroughly enjoyed himself and we loved the sunny conservatory in the mornings
Lovely walks along the beach - just moments away.

We arrived at the bungalow on a lovely sunny Saturday morning. We went in to find a big bright lounge. Every thing in the bungalow was excellent. the kitchen was well equipped and there was a basket of tea ,coffee, milk and sugar very much appreciated. Everything was sparkling clean. We loved sitting in the conservatory. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and walking along the sea front. There is parking outside which is great for us as we don't like to use the car on holiday. We enjoyed walking around the local area and finding different ways to walk. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom's which is great.. Christine and David were very helpful before we went and keept intouch before we went and when we arrived. everything was clean and tidy in every room. There was a great choice of games, books, dvd's and cd's. There is Skye T.V and broadband. I cant think of anything you could need that isn't provided. We stayed in seabreeze 2, I would say this is 5 star accommodation. Can't wait to return. Thank you for having us.

Rustlington seabreeze really lovely bungalow not suitable for wheelchair users.
Nice quite location only downside is parking. Very well organised everything provided in kitchen comfortable.Beach at end of road within walking distance.
