This hotel very beautiful, the room are large. This hotel has casiono and some store at 1st floor, food court and some store at 2nd floor. Many kinds of food you can try at food court. At this hotel has travel agent for booking city tour and tickets. The interior of this hotel decorated in Venetian style. Near hotel has pedestrian street for any kind of foods, you can walk about 10 minutes to go there from hotel. This hotel near from airport. If you go to Macau by ferry, has a shuttle bus from halbour to hotel.

We appreciate your gracious description of our beautiful decorated and spacious hotel suite, our food court at Level 3 with extensive food selections, the variety of services that we offered including Cotai Travel and complimentary shuttle bus, as well as our amazing location in the vibrant heart of Cotai Strip with the close proximity to local attractions; these are also definitely helpful to our fellow travelers.

We arrived at 4pm and check in was 3. After over an hour lined up we finally got up to the counter. By now our two small children were very upset. Then to top it all off our rooms were not ready til 7pm. They gave us another room to sit in til then but was very annoying. The manager Sam was so good helping us with the complications and a credit for a lovely dinner and limo back to the ferry terminal. He was amazing and for this reason alone is why my rating is not lower. Now the casino is huge but we could not get a drink. Everyone we spoke to hardly understood English and apparently we had to go out of casino to a bar then bring drinks in again. So pathetic. Same with the Parisian. The Plaza Casino had a bar and an amazing barman. The games weren't very good but. Las Vegas is a far better party spot. Macau is a sober version with most Asians drinking tea and barely smiling. The shops here were a maze and hard to navigate with a pram. Gondola rides were near $100aud no discount for staying at the Venetian. Same with the playzone kid area. No discount and nearly $60aud for my two kids, and they were not allowed to do much in there anyway. Huge hotel, full of pushy Chinese who make a show out of my children often getting right in their faces when crying. The Chinese children must not cry. The room was great and big, still not at all like The family rooms online. Was ok but will not be back. Vegas anyday

We are absolutely disappointed to learn the unfortunate experience that you had; this is certainly not how we want our guest to remember their stay with us. Please allow me to extend my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and your family due to the suites not being available until 7pm which does not reflect our normal business practice. Also, the communication issue while you were ordering drinks inside the casino has been addressed to the related department head for training reinforcement and improvement. We are also sorry for our games in the casino that did not meet your personal taste, whereas the price of the Gondola ride and Qube did not meet your expectation.

Nevertheless, as we are striving to provide genuine care and creating memorable experience for our guests, your lovely compliment on our staff - Ben, as well as our barman at the Plaza Casino are both highly appreciated, your encouraging feedbacks will be definitely shared to the teams. We are also delighted you found our suites spacious and great.

My family and I stayed in The Venetian a little over a year ago now, and just thought I should write something as it has left an impression that I will never forget. (I think about it everyday still) During our stay at this beautiful hotel/casino/restaurant/shopping centre, we were blown away by the exceptional suites and shops that are scattered throughout the humongous casino. The room we were given was a spacious suite that included an entertainment room just away from our beds and a bathroom that was fit for a king. Apart from the 30 minute wait at the counter to check in (I understand they are very busy with many people staying there) the stay was phenomenal, and as a result I will be visiting again in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL PALACE!!!!

Room Tip: The Higher the better, get a city views room they are amazing

Badly run and layout hotel that is not suitable for guests to stay! Stayed in a room with constantly construction noise 10am-6pm, no lights in the bedroom, hot water for shower didn't work! It also takes nearly 20 mins to go from the room to lobby! I will not come back to this hotel or recommend to any of my friends!

We went there for our 1st marriage anniversary and I inform the hotel by email that we will arrive by 12:30pm to make everything prepared, but unfortunly nothing was prepared (Angela-check in staff said), then she said the housekeeping will take around 30 min to make the rome up for us, and we decided to have a lunch after long-way trip from Guangzhou until they finish, Angela told us that she will upgrade us to better room which is also not correct because the room was the same as the one I booked (Suite with city views) and nothing was upgraded.
When we went back to the room, the housekeeping finished the simple decoration and it was very nice, and they kindly send us a very nice cake for our celebrating .
- In general the hotel was very good and we really enjoy everything there.
- The breakfast buffet stuff and food were also very good.
- There is very nice mall in there.
