本人因工作需要去澳門,喺Hotel Okura stay一晚,由於我check in果陣已經係夜晚7點,Hotel front desk staff Johnny 超級nice and friendly, 主動offer late check out
第二朝臨番香港前想去行個山,問問酒店有無推薦路線,Front desk Dina十分熱情又主動介紹路線,I had a really enjoyable morning walk thanks to Dina!!
行完山番到酒店見到Dina
同佢傾左陣，show比佢睇下啲行山相就上番房，點知2分鐘後就門鐘響，原來又係Dina，佢本人親自送左一set酒店gift比我 （完全唔明佢點樣發現我住邊間房😆）
隔左陣，Dina打in room電話比我，原來佢安排左limousine送我去港珠澳大橋😇
其實車程只係15分鐘，shuttle bus stop都係喺酒店隔離，對酒店來講limousine arrangement 都係好小事，但呢啲unexpected既小小心意真係會令個住客好開心好暖心
臨走前我喺酒店Lounge 食個簡單lunch，本身個set lunch係包甜品／水果，但因為我只係想食個主菜Udon，所以就叫佢地淨係出個Udon就Ok
Manager Lily主動走過嚟double check ，佢知道我就快番香港，就offer我一杯takeaway炭燒咖啡，介詳盡介紹埋啲咖啡豆既特色, Again 其實好小事，但呢啲小貼心既offer , 做多左少少, 已經好窩心, another example of Great Customer service
Anyway, 綜合以上一切, I had a really enjoyable stay in Macau at Hotel Okura , highly recommended!!!!
Hotel Okura既貼心又有人情味既service會令我想再去澳門住番同一間酒店
