Spent 2 nights at the amazing Mandarin Oriental Macau with old school friends to celebrate our "coming of age" birthdays. My first visit to Macau and this hotel did not disappoint.
On arrival we were greeted warmly by the Lounge Manager Coco Chey. The very efficient Director of Rooms Cindy Kong checked us in so quickly we were in our rooms before we could say "Portuguese tarts" :-)
Cindy very kindly told us where to get those delicious Portuguese tarts (yes I ate 5) and also where to feast on mouth watering roast duck followed by an amazing Dancing Water show.
The rooms were large and beds comfortable. The Nespresso machine did its best to stop me (the coffee addict) from being grumpy so my friends still like me (I hope) :-)
The complimentary cakes from the Mandarin Oriental cake shop was a lovely gesture and kept the dessert queens happy.
The buffet breakfast was a real treat with a good variety of really tasty food for everyone.
A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay in Macau a memorable one.More
