Loved the
1. location..bang on the beach.
2. Rooms ..very spacious.
3. the sheer size and expanse of the property..it's enormous..with 2 pools, individual cottages, green shaded blooming pathways.
4. The pools and pool bar.

Areas which need improvement are
1. Food. Our bf was included. The spread is decent but honestly the taste, presentation and experience is nothing to talk about. The hall where bf is laid is very cramped for the no. of guests it caters to and we didnt have many service staff.
Even their dinner, which is a buffet service laid out at the beach was very disappointing and overpriced.
2. The washrooms are very dimly lit for their size...guests would certainly appreciate a few more lifts as their isn't much natural light filtering in.

All in all..we had a great time and would recommend travellers to chose this property. We stayed in one of the Akoya Villas, ground floor.

A really modern hotel with all the features for a couple, family or solo traveller. Stayed in a basic room but it was plenty big enough with a bathroom that was equal in size. The hotel pools are lovely and clean, both with swim up bars. Best part was the location, at the end of the strip so no noise even when the nightclubs are still blasting music. The spa was a little overpriced but very professional and clean. Buffet breakfast had heaps of choices.

The rooms was big and the bed was soft and nice. The pool area in front of the hotel was great and the view was amazing. The breakfast was really good, but the egg and pancake station was really slow.

NOTE: Don't buy massage or any trips (example snorkeling) from the hotel - it's way over rated. We used Mad Monkey for our trips instead - really cheap and super nice.
