Stayed in this villa with my partner, our 6 month old daughter, parents and brother. It was my daughter's 1st holiday and I was a little apprehensive, there was no need to be. The villa was immaculate, beautiful, spacious, well equipt, great location, comfortable, the pool was like a warm bath and there are areas to be shaded as well as to sit in the sun. We all had a fantastic time and I hope you return.

our first stay in a villa and all I can say is fantastic. The pool was lovely and warm our 6 month old granddaughter loved it. The kitchen was so well equipped you needed nothing that wasn't provided. The bedrooms were huge two with superking size beds. We also liked the position of this villa with sea views - on a quiet residential street. My husband and I took our son our daughter ,her partner and our baby granddaughter - everyone would stay at this villa again, infact my son is already trying to get a few friends to visit later on in the year and we ve only been back 2 days. Wish I lived there. A big thankyou to the owners for letting us stay longer in the villa on our last day as we had a late flight. Cant wait to return.

just had our first taste of tenerife at this fantastic villa, spotless huge bedrooms, bathrooms etc very comfy beds we all slept like babies, meals eaten on the balcony overlooking the pool with fab views over the coast, village a bit quiet for the older kids 18 -25 but only 17 euro to busy Las mericas.Red Lion pub 10 mins stroll and do great breakfasts , evening meals and sky sports !! the Scottish lads running it were very friendly and helpfull..tip; if u have an eve flight take a torch to retrieve the key from the security box also you have to vacate the property at 10am so try and organise a flight home as near lunchtime so that your not waiting around for hours...cant wait to go back

“This is our favourite villa”

We have now booked our 3rd stay in this villa. We have looked around in Calleo Salvaje to see if we could find ' better or cheaper ' but we failed. This location is unique, not cramped, very private. The street outside is a quiet cul-de-sac and always easy to park.

This year we found out that there is a new heater for the private pool. My pool-thermometer showed 28 degrees... lovely. The villa also has wi-fi broadband. Not fast enough for films and videos but we managed to use Skype without any problem.

An earlier visitor mentioned the French baker. They have now moved to a better location-next to a French butcher (also very good). They are near the banks in the center of the town. It takes me roughly 10 minutes to walk there. The bakers opens 7.00 am, so fresh croissants for breakfast...

The new beach has opened recently. Unfortunately no toilets there but still a nice beach (even if the sand is black). Again 10 minutes walk from the villa.
I must also mention a new restaurant. As it happens, this one is also French. We only found this one the last evening of our stay. We loved it and had to go back for lunch the following day. It will clearly be one of our favourites. Perfect if you like 'fine dining' and prices are good too. It is called Santa Lucia. It is one of several restaurants in a row. Location: Calle el Jable, down at the bottom and turn left. It is the third eatery from the end.

Liked best: The location
Liked least: That the outdoor eating area doesn't get sun until 10am, so we had to stay in bed...
