Wow this was such a beautiful place!! Yes the view does actually look like the photoes, even in late September.

The accommodation was comfortable and well-equipped,and very clean, and we had a lovely terrace with a table and chairs to look out across the view each day. The pool was .. magical.
Some reviews have mentioned the towels being of low quality. They may have replaced the towels as they were lovely and thick and soft!
It is true that you do need to bring toiletries with you eg soap, shampoo etc. There are also no basics in the kitchen eg oil/vinegar.

I have read another review saying that the hosts were quite absent. I also found this, as on the first morning we were able to pay 6 euros for a good breakfast, but then we couldn't find anyone to ask which days breakfast would be served for the rest of the 5-day stay. I have made the suggestion to the hosts that they include this information in their welcome pack. Otherwise the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

We visited Castelfiorentino, the nearest town, on market day and found some delicious fruit and cheese and cold meats, all for a very reasonable price. Also some nice cafes with terraces for breakfast.

My one piece of advice is that it is essential to have a car for this accommodation, and to be prepared to drive on some steep narrow roads with hairpin bends!

Room Tip: Ask for Corte 3 or 2 for the view!

We were there in of the off-season (early October), which may have made our experience different. The apartment was nice, the view lovely, and the location good. (Hard to find --- a GPS is a big help!) We never saw the family at all except to be checked in and out by a young woman. That was disappointing, because we would have liked to interact with our hosts and talked about the surrounding sights, restaurants, etc. She did mention that they have a restaurant, but we never knew where it was or saw a menu. There was never anyone at "Reception" anytime we knocked. We had to text her to ask for hand soap and more toilet paper, and as another reviewer mentioned, the towels were as thin as dish towels. Other reviewers indicate that there is more interaction in the high season, so maybe the family is more involved then. Good value for the money, but disappointing in terms of getting to talk to people.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the apartments with a view, because some didn't have any.

We rented two appartments for 6 adults, for 4 nights.
The property is well maintained, including the nice yard and swimming pool.
We needed to go shopping for soaps (kitchen and bathroom), and the towels were of low quality.
Otherwise - a great place for a family vacation!

Room Tip: Corte #2 has the bed upstairs, while the bathroom is downstairs. Not so convenient for a mature couple.

We stayed here for a week and will certainly be recommending and coming back!

We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay (Fridge Freezer, Oven, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, cutlery and plates etc).

We had a lovely private sitting area outside on the patio/garden, with a big table and BBQ (which we didn't use on this occasion but would do next time!).

The pool. Is. AMAZING. We could quite happily stay in the infinity pool for hours looking at the view. The area around the pool has plenty of room and shade if needed, and the gardens are so well kept. Very impressive.

The farmhouse is in such a lovely, quiet location, and is only about 10mins drive down to Castelfiorentino, which isn't a major tourist town but still very useful (head to the Coop for supplies!).

Plus we caught the train into Florence from Castelfiorentino for about 9 Euros each return (!) which was fantastic value, and took about 40 mins on an air-conditioned, modern train. Parking was about 8 Euros for the day at the station.

The views from the Farmhouse are incredible, rolling Tuscan hills for miles.

We had 3 meals put on by our hosts, the Tuscan feast on Sunday was brilliant and we had some brilliant, authentic pizzas on the other occasions. This meant we could relax without needing to head out for a few nights (even though neighbouring towns are not far away at all). We were so well taken care of and our hosts were so helpful and attentive.

We will definitely be coming back!

Room Tip: Apartment 1 (4+2) has a private area and garden, I believe Apartments 2+3 which are for couples have beautiful views of the hills, and I didn't see the setup for Apartment 4 but I'm sure it was fantastic!

We stayed there returning yesterday. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living room and dining kitchen. All spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool area was great... A real sun trap and beautiful views. The family were lovely. They had a family event in the grounds and all guests were invited. We were treated like royalty, lots of wonderful home made food and wine. They do some catering if you want it and they are fabulous meals. Amazing pizzas, and the Tuscan banquet meal was fabulous. The location is rural but still convenient for local shops and easy travelling to some wonderful places. A great place for a holiday. Thanks to Marco and the family.
