Stayed for 10 days - big family with 3 children.. Villa is comfortable, very big plus - swimming pool. Heated, large and clean. Minus - no cleaning for 10 days. It was surprising :( .. we had to buy washing powder, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc. by ourselves. Another little minus - building works nearby. It is getting noisy at 7.50 every morning, excl. week-end :) like swiss watch!! In any case, our stay was peaceful and nice. Especially enjoyed outdoor dinning area and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. It was a real great place to stay all together and spend warm evenings with delicious food and wine!
I stayed in this villa with family. The villa itself is outstanding, we were greated by a memeber of the villa management, who could not have done more to make us feel welcome! There was construction going on nearby but this was very quiet and didn't affect our stay in the slightest. There is a small shop a few minutes from the villa, and the supermarket is only a 10 min walk.
Walking to the beach front takes appox 20 mins-25mins, yet a taxi only costs 3-4 euros.
We didn't hire a car and found it very easy to get around, however if you want to explore the island more hiring a car would be a good option.
I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to holiday in Tenerife!
I stayed here with 7 of my friends from 4th -10th May 2014 to celebrate my 30th Birthday and had a fantastic time!
The Villa is really beautiful and the weather was amazing for early May too!
The outdoor space is brilliant! The sun was on the pool area from around 11am until it set, so you can spend the whole day out there. There is also lost of shaded spots for those that need it.
Lovely outdoor sitting and dinning area (in addition to indoor space), and the outdoor kitchen (BBQ) was a real added bonus and we used it for most of our meals!
Indoor space is equally as good and very impressive master bedroom.
Location was good too. Easy walking distance to supermarket and a few restaurants and it was around a 20-25min walk down to the beach.
The management team are also super friendly and helpful!
I would definitely go again and recommend this place!
Very few downsides. The smallest bedroom is probably better suited to children than adults, there are a lot of ants in the area (which can't be helped), and there is a small amount of building work happening in the area which wasn't too bad. But nothing to put people off.
Thank you for our lovely stay!
We had a fantastic time staying at Villa Sabina, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The management team are great, very welcoming friendly & helpful. The villa itself is amazing and has everything you need plus more. It is very clean, spacious and has so much seating area outside so you can either sunbathe or sit in the shade. The views are beautiful looking out to sea & high into the Volcanos. The outside kitchen was a bonus & we enjoyed a couple of BBQs. There were 9 of us (all ladies) so having 4 bathrooms was great! The only issue we did have was in the evening by the time the 7th person was in the shower we had used all the hot water. We will point out this was not an issue with the Villa but appears it is an issue in Tenerife with electricity supply. We would advise not doing any washing up an hour before showering to save the water & not to spend too long each in the shower.
The Villa is located within a quiet area of Costa Adeje but this was perfect for us. The beach is about a five minute taxi away (costing between 4 & 8 euros) but it is within walking distance if you fancy a stroll (as some of us did). The local main supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away (all downhill) & only costs about 4 - 6 euros if you want to get a taxi back (we did on the first day as we stocked up on food & drink for our 5 day stay). There is also a little shop around the corner but we didn't realise until we left on the last day.
We would recommend a trip to Siam Park (33 euros) if you enjoy water parks. Great rides & a fun day out. Again taxi is only about 5 euros.
We were advised to hire a car for our stay but as there were 9 of us we would need 2 cars or a minibus so we decided against it. Although we paid for a few taxis we still didn't spend much. We would probably say if you book as a family (4-5) & were planning on seeing more of the Island then hiring a car would be worth it.
We used Resort Hoppa for transfers to & from the airport (booked on-line). We booked 3 taxis rather than a minibus (worked out cheaper) but they still gave us a minibus & only cost £108.00 for all 9 of us for a return trip. The villa appears to be in a newish area so we would advise you bring the directions that are provided with you to hand to the driver.
The villa has so much to offer and would strongly recommend a stay. Our only negative would be we couldn't stay for longer but we will visit again.
Thank you Jeremy and Georgina (Villa Owners) for renting us your villa we has a fantastic family break - stress free & relaxing.
