Being at an all inclusive hotel, I was skeptical of what to expect. However, the food and service were exceptional. The scallops and Chateaubriand were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the desserts could have come from a legacy Parisian patisserie. Even my dry martini was perfectly mixed; it takes an experienced mixologist to make one taste like silk. Well done.
