It is not often when you go on vacation and what you get is actually better than you expect, and that even when your expectations were extremely high. Well, the house of Benito in Corfu, Villa Gaia, is without a doubt the most luxurious villa in Corfu and in fact one of the more luxurious ones in the world. We are a team from SimplyBook.me and we are having the absolutely the best time possible during our stay at the villa. Loving every minute :) Can I recommend? Yesss!

“Out of this world”

I have done glorious and grand holidays many a time yet this one takes it to the next level. We were 25 people and Benito the most helpful host began preparing a long time before! He sent me the room plans to ensure the extra beds were placed in the most suitable rooms...we brought all the food with so he bought us a brand new chest freezer to add to the many already here!he bought a snooker table and a table tennis table to add to our joyful holiday. He was always a phone call away with absolutely any question I had along the way!always answering helpfully and quickly even though I bombarded him with questions! I have never in all my years dealt with such a helpful kind generous host!!!!
Upon arrival to this paradise every bed was made with love and towels shampoo and a brand new pair of slippers were waiting for every guest!!!! He even bought us floaties to add to the fun!! The villa is huge the grounds are beyond magnificent and the view of the see all around is stunning!words and pictures do not do this place justice!!!
The staff were waiting to greet us with a bottle of champagne and emptied all the luggage from the cars and brought all the suitcases into the villa! The gardener comes and cleans the pool and does the garden maintenance every day and takes out all the rubbish too!!

Overall te very very place pretty modern fully equipped place to stay with the bestest of hosts!!!

Thanks Benito for making it so special!!

“Sophisticated luxury on a Corfu mountain”

We travelled as a large group of 16 including children for our annual family holiday. Villa Gaia was central to our family fun.

The villa is beautifully appointed with luxurious rooms (all ensuite), large communal areas both inside and out, a very well stocked kitchen, and a breathtaking outside area with dining facilities, an outdoor bar and the most amazing swimming pool. When the kids weren't practising their diving and swimming, they could play table tennis, pool, badminton or choose from a selection of board games. The garden also benefits from a sound system that adds to the holiday vibe.

The views from the villa are sensational and the location was great for day trips to the north of the island, or evening jaunts to Corfu town. Gouvia is very close for a trip to the beach and restaurants.

The patio area is also equipped with a projector and screen and watching the Euro football final outside in the evening was a fantastic experience.

From the time of booking, Benito was responsive, accommodating and friendly. He checked in to offer additional services and made sure we were given a very welcome on arrival. As a host, Benito helped to make our week in Corfu go without a hitch. He organised a chef to cook us an authentic greek meal one night with the proviso that it should all be vegetarian. Benito ensured that all dietary needs were catered for, and arranged for us to meet the chef beforehand to discuss service and wine as well. The chef's dinner was an absolute highlight for us and is highly recommended.

All in all, we had a fantastic holiday in Corfu, and more than the island itself, our best memories will be the fun times we had at Villa Gaia. A dream destination.

“Pure luxury in natural beautiful surroundings”

We stayed with friends in this luxurious villa on top of a lush hill overlooking Corfu, with sweeping views of the sea. All was perfect: space and privacy, a beautiful pool, perfectly kept garden and vegetation...., even a small charming pond amidst the olive grove. The host Benito, and his staff, are just amazing. Each room and corner of the house is beautifully decorated . Modern and with all the gadgets and technology you need.
Staying at Villa Gaia is such a pleasure that you do not want ever to step out of it.

“Outstanding ”
Reviewed 5 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Almost a week after spending a few days at Villa Gaia we are still waxing lyrical about the wonderful time we spent in the idyllic surrounds of tranquility and beauty. The Villa surpassed our expectations and the facilities available ensured all our needs were satisfied. Benito and Ivo were extremely attentive, made us feel right at home and nothing was too much to ask. We will definitely be returning.
