We had not booked and came upon the restaurant late, about 1300hrs. on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was all but full.
When we asked for a table the waitress had to go and ask the chef, he decided that he could manage two more so we were in.
From what we saw the menu is extensive including an open wood fire upon which meats, particularly pork were being grilled.
However tripes a la Caen was on the menu so there was no doubt as to what I would order.
The food was simple but very good and the service and ambience excellent.
