Nice little apartment. Far from top end luxury, but it doesn't claim to be and is priced accordingly .It's well located. You can see the Spar supermarket from the balcony and there's a parade of shops including several bars showing English football nearby.

There's some very good restaurants about 15 minute stroll away and some less good ones closer.

There's a bit of a climb coming back when walking, which might be an issue for those with mobility issues.

This apartment backs on to the car park with its own allocated space - making unloading shopping and beach stuff easy.

Our flights brought us in at lunchtime and departed after nine at night, but because there were no overlapping change overs, the owner kindly allowed us to access early and depart late, which was a great boon.

This is a great base for exploring the town and rest of the island, though given the basic level of kitchenware, I wouldn't want to be cooking in every night.

Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and cool. The only thing missing was an iPod dock.

The WC was broken on arrival, but the English maintenance guy (Chelsea supporter) lives in the complex, and managed to sort it the following day (Moinday) as he couldn't by a new cystern on the Sunday. He was a font of knowledge, regarding good restaurants and stuff.

There's plenty of leaflets of the island's attractions in the apartment - but no detailed information pack as such. A contact number for maintenance would have been useful. Although the owners were back in Ireland, we managed to contact them quite easily.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We've recommended it to friends and family and hope to return next year.

“Excellent villa, well positioned”

My husband and I travelled with our daughter but as the villa has three double bedrooms you could easily accommodate three couples or two families. The villa has a full kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The open plan living area is a great space and with the added bonus of sky TV you can't ask for too much more. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach and start of restaurants of which there are plenty. The pool area is lovely and quiet, although the water is very cold. The only negative I could possibly give is the lack of wifi. I would certainly recommend this villa to family and friends.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your tremendous luxury villa! Having been two years on the trot now, we are looking forward to making it a third in 2014.
Wonderful sea/pool views, close to all amenities. You do not need a car.
Climate fantastic – There is a constant breeze which cools you down on the hottest of days.
Restaurant/bars – All within walking distance either right on your door step or a stroll along the promenade to the square for a vast choice.
The villa complex is spotlessly clean as is the villa. It has everything you could possibly need for your holiday and more.
There is a park and muga area just a 5 minute walk away – ideal for the kids to let off a bit of steam.
The decking area was enjoyed on many a morning for breakfast and evening for a cheeky glass of wine.
There are numerous trips on offer from the Tima faya National park to the Rancho Texas Wildlife/Water park a 20 minute bus ride away both which are great days out.
As you can see from the above what more could anyone want from a holiday
