Very clean and friendly accommodating staff. Food was good, speciality nights most nights of the week. Breakfast sausages excellent you should always find something to suit. When the restaurant closes after 45 minutes it is open for basic sandwich making, very useful if you have missed a meal or are catching a flight.
We were accommodated on the second floor (no lifts) and the room was more than adequate for two people in their 60's. No mould in the bathroom and generally very clean and tidy with a good size balcony overlooking the pools and with the sea in the distance.
Day time entertainment provided by the Thomas Cook animation team and always something on at night. It is not a 5 star but perfectly good for most tastes for a holiday.
The location is a bit isolated but only a few minutes walk to a selection of bars and restaurants. For cheap beer go to Ferraris' or the White Swan. The Indian restaurant on the strip does not look brilliant but the Indian food was some of the best I have had.
Hotel wise did not have any problems with other guests I would estimate 98% British and all very friendly, obviously guests change and that might be different at a different time.More
