Arrived Thursday the 2nd & 1st 4 days were amazing kids were absolutely loving the pool area (only reason why we booked) until we woke up on Monday morning & the place was a building site & pool was closed for a month we had no notification what so ever when checking in or from our holiday provider!! After a discussion we were offered an upgrade to half board which was no use as the food is average & had to listen to the noise of diggers all day! Apart from a total waste of money the kids enjoyed the mini disco the entertainment staff were great so hard of to them

The hotel is nice if in need of a little tlc in places. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s just a shame that on the day we arrived they closed the main pool (slides + pirate ship) for a month. I spoke with the hotel customer liaison who informed me they, the hotel, had told the tour operators that this work was going ahead, at this date, in early October. TUI, our tour operator failed to pass on this information in breach of ABTA rules and I expect to have to fight them for compensation. As a result the hotel is a building site and if you have booked to come here up until early December 2017, do not expect access to the pool. It’s a real shame as otherwise I would have left a higher rating.

When we first arrived I was quite impressed. This deteriorated during the course of the holiday! Upon arrival our rooms were fairly clean, & modern. We had requested that the sofa bed be made up in the lounge for the children- this was not done, however the maid quickly came in & rectified this.
Over the course of the week the room was not cleaned properly, so ok we have 2 kids with lots of stuff, but that’s no excuse for floors not being swept or mopped properly. I don’t think our balcony was touched once! There was a build up of dirt & thick dust all over the floor.
The beds were always clean & made properly every day & there were fresh towels every day.
Was quite expensive to stay here, so I would say they need to up the game on room cleanliness to come in line with other 4 Star accommodation. However the pool area & walkways were clean & they had an abundance of nice sun loungers & parasols available. The swimming pools were supposed to be set at a certain temperature but they were all freezing, so my kids wouldn’t go in there!
Building works started on the main pool half way through our holiday, which we were notified of before arrival. We didn’t have enough notice so could not get any alternate accommodation. We also did not realise the extent of the interruption! Very noisy all day long & the whole of the main pool cordoned off along with surrounding sunbathing areas! We did have the use of the Los Zocos next door, but their pools were even colder & the WiFi didn’t work, so not great with 2 young children.

If anyone is booked to come here anytime soon, watch out for the tobacco & liquor store offering money exchange!! It’s the first shop inside the shopping centre directly opposite the hotel. He advertises a good rate on the board outside, but once u hand your money over the rate considerably reduces & he says the one on the board is travellers cheques only! (This is not stated on the board anywhere!) Then he tried to short change me!! Good job I was working out what I should have had while he was! After an argument & a threat to report him, he finally gave me the correct money. Please be careful!!

We all had a fantastic holiday there. Wonderful staff that really work so hard to make everything run smooth. The food was delicious and the variety was excellent. The whole place was so well maintained and clean. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. Will be back again. C

Extremely clean, friendly staff, facilities brilliant. Any problems sorted immediately. We had a problem with the safe and door which were addressed immediately with no fuss. Only downside for us was the food. Quality was great, choice was great but it was never more than luke warm which was a disappointment. Great hotel for young children.
