Just returned last week from here i was pleasantly surprised after reviews I had seen, but can honestly say the place is lovely we were 2 families 4 adults 9kids ranging from 2 - 15 years. Rooms are basic but had everything you needed small fridge, hair dryer, tv etc they were very clean an maids were around every other day if we needed anything just ask them they are lovely.
Food was nice always plenty to choose from so everyone found something they liked it's a little manic at peak times which u would expect on all inclusive but we never had any probs an the waiting staff , manager an chefs work very very hard an very fast to get tables cleaned and ready for you always had a lovely welcome even though they were run off there feet.
Snack bar was lovely kids loved it as it always had pizza an chips. Drinks were fine served spirits over bar but soft drinks an beer you could just help yourself which was good again staff were lovely an work very hard.
Water park was great we all enjoyed it lifeguards always working an doing a great job, 2 yr old who was in our party had run off (to the ice cream) but lifeguard stop us to ask what was wrong we told him an said he was there a minute ago but as he found his feet an the ice cream he was off an with in seconds they were on radios the slides had been turned off an they were looking around there areas brilliant they were fantastic.
Entertainment was ok had couple games of bingo they had singers etc the animation team were fab our kids loved them they were there through day doing stuff around the pool an on a night getting everyone up dancing they were great, on our last kids went round getting pics off them with all the staff happy memories an even got one with the main manager who then gave them some free candy floss.
Went down to the beach which is a lovely 10-15 min walk but if u go abit further along the beach an around 4.30pm take a snorkel you don't need to go into sea far around waste height but you will see turtles just chilling an waiting to come in it was amazing they don't hurt you just be quite an don't splash an they will stay around you amazing to see they are massive.
Would definitely go back here place is lovely an staff are very friendly an hard working didn't want to come home.

We arrived home from Zante today and I just couldn't wait to get online and rave about this hotel!
The reps and kids club staff we're so fun and friendly to talk to - for both the kids and the adults. In particular, the kids entertainers Hannah, Toni and Craig made our holiday 100 times more enjoyable! The reps always found the perfect balance of kids and adults entertainment in the evenings, so we were never bored! The water park is perfect for those of all ages and the pools are lovely and warm! The bar staff and waiters were also very lovely to talk to and were always polite and happy to help us.
There is a bus which comes every hour to take you to and from the beach which is very convinient! The beach is beautiful and clean all the time. We also went on a boat trip to spot some turtles. Although we only saw 3 turtles we still got to see the most beautiful parts of the island including the caves and the surrounding islands.

The food wasn't of the best quality but we all found something to eat every day. There is also food served throughout the day so you'll never be hungery for long!
In addition, there is bingo played in the evenings and also a spa and an adults only pool for those preferring a more relaxing experience.

An all round perfect holiday and one we will all remember forever! I highly recommend this hotel for families with children and adults of all ages!

Booked with Thomas cook won't be booking with them ever again. Hotel and room is okay food is average but not 4 star it's all cold even the hot food the pools are lovely but.. on booking all inclusive we were not made aware that breakfast starts at 8 you get checked in for it then when you come out no bars are open for a drink for my 3year old son bar staff told us to give him tea or coffee as that's all that's available ! And if u want a drink its like 7€Tea time is like an episode from the zoo it's packed full of people pushing past each other kids screaming. All pools close early. You have to pay 15€ a week if you want WiFi for one person in your room! And on the page in the brochure we booked from it did not state that the water park part opens ar 10.30 and shuts at 5! Would not recommend coming here all inclusive. Thomas cooke rep came to our room as I expressed my frustration said she would send manager yesterday but never did! We will only b staying here and not leaving early as it's cost us £2500 to come here but once we leave we will never return. Don't come here unless you have extra money to spend and want staff that just bounce you off each other

We had a fabulous holiday. However there is no way this is a four star property or service!

++++++
Great location
Great swimming pools and water park on site
Good supermarket on site
Fun fair/bouncy castles available from 6pm (payable)
Bar staff always very friendly, and quick to serve
We didn't use kids club, but the kids always looked so happy and having a lot of fun
Kid disco was great and started at 8pm
We booked independently a trip to see the turtles on a submarine. Great value for a 3 hour trip
Bikes on site, and were good value for a ride to the beach or up the Main Street.

- - -
Our room was allocated around the pool, so we could hear the evening entertainment until late. We should have really asked to move after the first night, but we had unpacked and were with family in the next room.
Reception were completely unhelpful. They do not have maps of the hotel, no information on buses or the land train, and Jst a very unhelpful manner.
Free Wifi-you could sometimes get in reception. We paid for the speedier service, however this didn't work at all, so asked for a refund.
The food was ok. Each night was a different theme, but the food stayed pretty much the same. Always something to find, but not the best food buffet. No yogurt or fresh fruit (apart from apples and melon) at breakfast. Pudding consisted of jelly and fruit most nights, with an odd cake. Would have been nice to have a a dedicated kids section.
Our room was in need of refurbishment badly. Quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but manageable. Bathroom was a death trap, and flooded every time we showered. Even in the night if you went for a wee you would find water on the floor (presume from the drain in the middle of the floor). Very dangerous with small children.
We did have a decent size fridge and microwave in there.

We did have a good holiday, and booked this hotel as it was in our price budget, but wouldn't return. A good family holiday.

Me my wife and 4 year old son have just returned from 2 weeks not so all inclusive here.

I'll start with the positives, firstly the water park is great its clean, plenty of lifeguards on duty always willing to have a laugh and joke with, theres always sunbeds available and the slides are fantastic.

secondly the staff are amazing, we had an issue with our first room when my wife let the bath out she flooded the bathroom i went to reception and the maintenance man beat me back to the room. Our first room was overlooking the entertainment which was far too loud went to reception the following morning and was given another room there and then. All the staff work incredibly long hours but are always polite and greet you with a smile even though they are rushed off their feet.

Now the bad bits, thomas cook advertise this as all inclusive IT IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. This was our biggest issue with the hotel, the restaurant is open breakfast 08:00 to 10:00 lunch 12:30 to 14:30 then the snack bar is open 14:30 to 16:30 which is fine but the main restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 19:00 so YOU CANNOT FEED YOUR KIDS BETWEEN 16:30 and 19:00 which is when most kids eat, the only place to get them anything to eat is the popcorn bar which isnt part of the all inclusive or pay the over inflated prices in the supermarket on the hotel.

the problem with the restaurant not opening till 7 is that most people that visi this hotel are families with children so want to be in here at 7 if you arrive 10 minutes late you can expect to be waiting anything up to half an hour to even get a table, you have to wait for 1 family to leave before you get a table and if they are really struggling expect to be seated with another family on a larger table. the food stations are so small and the staff just arent able to keep up with the demand so you Que for the food stations to get there and find a lot of t empty

The arcade and fun park most of the rides are broken or swallow your money, theres a large inflatable area which is actually good the reason its in with the bad is that it costs 9 euros a night per child which wouldnt have bothered me too much had i not found out that just a couple of days before we arrived it was only 5 euros.

The entertainment was just awful an old couple doing bingo and some god awful singer, we never stayed for it but it doesnt matter because you will be able to hear it word for word no matter what room you are in in this hotel so dont expect to be able to get your kids to sleep before 11pm.

The rooms, you are able to hear the quietest conversation between your neighbours word for word but the biggest problem with the room was that you can run out of hot water, so firstly because we were on the top floor we have to run the tap for at least 5 minutes to even start getting hot water then there isnt enough of it to shower 3 people.

the pools around the hotel were filthy especialy the one outside the arcade large pile of dirt up one corner that didnt go for the whole 2 weeks we were there.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel i urge you to think again and find something better this is realistically a 2 star hotel with a 4 star waterpark.

We would return to Greece but certainly not to this hotel

Room Tip: choose a different hotel
