I made a reservation from abroad in ibis hotel near malpensa airport thinking it was a good deal, on the web site it was written shuttle up to midnight for 4 euro. The day of flight they told me I was moved from ibis to novo tel,just in front of ibis. I arrived at 22.45 so in time for shuttle but no shuttle from March.
So now ,
Point 1 maybe they could advise me the ibis hotel was closed since long ago ,maybe I did not want to be in novotel because previous bad experience.
Point 2 I had to pay night taxi 23.00 euro without receipt and only cash because taxi did not have pos.
Point 3 in the morning I ask for taxi but it was a private company and despite it was morning ( MORNING FEES ARE CHEAPER THAN NIGHT) I had to pay 25 euro.
So I played 54 euro for the room and almost 50 euro for transportation. I will never go again .More
