Staff could not be more attentive, very friendly. Food was great with generous portions. Wonderful location.

Ribs and Rumps is Pretty Good overall meals are reasonably priced and well sized. The only minor issue is our steaks could have been a bit hotter but overall they tasted great with the sauces.
Lovely place, wonderful staff, order more food than you think you'll eat... I ended up eating mine and ordering more...
- location on the water (with a view of the water)
- the staff sing when it's your birthday
- serving size is not for the big eaters (like me) but satisfies the average eater
- a bit of a wait on the food (the first order was placed at peak period)
- quite noisy (both a pro and a con)
Hard to find (restaurant) from the street when you don't know where it is (we had 3 carloads of people arriving at semi-staggered timeframes and none of us could find it easily), but lovely being 'on the water'
Put a 'Handle with Care' sign on your cake...
Park in the parking lot around the back and walk to the restaurant, it's hard finding a park spot anywhere on the GC
Hungry hungry hippo (me)
We recently visited Ribs and Rumps for lunch. Three of us and our 9 year old son. The service was great. Vicky made us feel so welcome and because the menu is quite extensive (Vicky could tell we hadn't been before) so she came over and helped us order our lunch. We ordered the Ribs, Ribs, Ribs which consisted of three different types of ribs, the sizzling mushrooms, garlic bread and the buffalo chicken wings. The meal was delicious. If I lived up there, I would go back once a week and try something different every time until I had one of everything on the menu. All round, it is a great place to lunch. Would recommend.
As a group of 14 we dined at Rubs & Rumps ... delicious. The service was amazing (thanks Moss), the food delicious and the location lovely. Highly recommended!
