I would personally like to thank Matthew and Chris from Cherry Bar at The Star, Gold Coast
These guys know how to make some seriously good Cocktails.
I had no interest in having anything off the menu and gave them free range to make me any cocktails and they both delivered.
They came up with some amazingly creative cocktails from Apple pies to lemon cheese cakes (yes they tasted exactly like it) and many other tasty delights.
Over the week i tasted many cocktails from these guys and i would personally recommend anyone after some great off the menu treats to ask these guys.

Recent holiday at Broadbeach meant spending time at the Star Casino. We enjoyed eating in two different areas and playing many different machines. A huge variety to choose from. Casino very clean. All staff very welcoming and helpful.

Considering this place has just been renovated I found it very underwhelming, I have been to casinos in Vegas and Macau they were exiting and offered so much for visitors. The garden bar was ok but nothing special. We were told to visit the 19th floor to see the infinity pool and bar. I found the area very clinical and uninviting, the music was for a young audience so not for myself and friends. I don’t think I will be returning in the near future
