Thi is a Big guesthouse where the have hung down the title of "hotel" But that really isn't . Have small rooms but clean. the sights are awfull to the road or to some noisy machine always running. Receptionist is as stark as everyone in that border area with Portugal.
A large hotel, not picturesque, but you're always sure to find a room here. The usual clients are coachloads of Spanish peniosners. I don't know if it has wedding and other parties during weekends; we were there on a Friday night and it was quiet.
Adequate rooms, very good quality for the price asked. Clean. Large free parking. Reception very friendly; they even speak some English. Breakfast OK if you manage to eat before those coachloads.
Even though the restaurant doesn't seem attractive or typical, it is easily the most affordable in Olivenza, which isn't too well endowed with restaurants.
Olivenza is on a hill!. You can book at 1 of 2 expensive Hotels in the centre or a lovely small
inexpensive Hotel in the centre (which I am not going to tell you about), or, you can book at
Hotel Heredero which is about 800 metres up the hill to the town centre. This Hotel is pretty
popular with the locals and no doubt business travellers coming through Olivenza. This is a
spacious hotel with a large popular bar and restaurant and good parking. Rooms are clean
and adequate, the restraurant likewise, staff OK; it is just a bit of a walk to the town centre
if you are not fit and/or "getting on a bit" There are some local bar/restaurants and shops
