We had one night in the smaller of Jenny's two rooms. Very nicely decorated, and very comfortable, but compact. When we return, we are going to book the larger room, with the better views. Jenny was a very friendly and helpful hostess, and we enjoyed quite a chat about things we had in common. Look forward to our next trip.

Room tip: Bigger front room has better views.

Jenny was so warm and welcoming to her very nice place. We had a wonderful view of the beach from the qarden and had a very clean and comfortable space which was well appointed . Jenny did a very nice dinner for us one night, all with local ingredients. This is a great spot that I would strongly recommend

Room tip: Take the back/lower space.

We stayed 2 nights at Mike & Jenny's in their beautiful ground floor unit. It was spacious and tastefully furnished. We loved the very comfortable bed from which we could see the ocean. The unit was well equipped. It had a large TV with many channels. Just outside our door was a nice garden overlooking the water. I agree with most of the previous reviews about Mike & Jenny's hospitality. Mike caught some whitebait one morning and Jenny made some fritters and brought us a plate of them to eat. She also gave us 2 air dried stakes to take with us. What a lovely couple.

Room tip: Ask for downstairs unit and book well in advance, as they have only 2 units.

3 night stay in unit.Found it to be all that was mentioned on previous reviews. Hospitable, friendly hosts who have a wealth of local knowledge. Kindly brought us a down a dinner of locally caught fish they had prepared which was delicious. Would definately stay again and have no hesitation recommending to anyone. Thanks for an awesome stay.

The room was a VERY spacious studio in the downstairs part of the house, with a lovely little garden overlooking the bay, and with the pub just down a set of steps.
Jenny was a great host with many suggestions, and made us a dinner of yummy gluten free paua fritters. The room is a bit dated (hence 4 rating, but 5 for Jenny!!), but very clean and had everything we needed, including a small cooktop and BBQ.
