“Half term break”
Reviewed 17 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

This is a lovely house to book, very comfortable and well equipped . We were a mixed family party . There are lovely places to visit in the area and we even managed a bit of skiing. Carrbridge is beautiful and the local pub is friendly with a roaring fire and good whisky and gin collection.

“BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, RELAXATION AND QUALITY FAMILY TIME”
Reviewed 21 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

We had a comfortable, relaxing stay at this well equipped, beautifully renovated house. Clean on arrival with the kind addition of some welcome items. A fantastic location, right beside the forest that we explored many times. We enjoyed a family meal in the Cairn Hotel, explored the village, explored Aviemore and had a family trip to the Funicular Railway which was excellent. Our girls enjoyed a full day at Landmark Forest, they said it was brilliant. Great deals to be had if you get your tickets through your Tesco points (both railway and Landmark). A fabulous scenic area and we would definitely return to Birchtree.
