“Fantastic stay”

It was our 4th time in Brighton, but the first time by car, so we had to find a place a bit away from the hustle and bustle of central Brighton. We really liked Eight &Half, it´s convenient for trips to the South Downs as well as London. The next bus stop is right around the corner, it takes about 45min - 1 hour to walk to the seafront. Preston Park Railway Station and Sainsbury´s are approximately 15 min away.
Hilary was friendly and helpful, the interior was modern and very clean.
Our 2 children especially loved the two dogs.
We´d definitely like to stay there again.

Brilliant location, very quiet but in easy reach of Brighton centre. The apartment was very well equipped. Hilary (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Two lovely and friendly dogs. We certainly recommend Eight and a Half as a place to stay.

“Great place to stay”

Lovely accommodation. Great feel as soon as we walked through the door. The photos are accurate although what I loved was the fact that the bedroom and bathroom were two steps up and completely separate from the lounge area (giving a more home-from-home feel).

Hilary had left us provisions in the fridge which was a generous and very nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped and we made good use of the very attractive terrace.

A really relaxing stay. Thank you.

Recently spent a wonderful weekend at Colebrook road visiting family in Brighton. The property was situated in a quiet area & is close to local ammenities. It also has a beautiful patio area which we were able to enjoy as the weather was fine. My partner fell in love with the two very friendly dogs from next door who came to visit one morning. Would love to spend a week there next year. Thanks Hilary
