This is my 2nd visit to this hotel and it certainly doesn't disappoint! The all inclusive option is a must,food is fantastic! Staff are very polite,friendly and helpful. There is a great coffee shop on site.Cannot wait to return

Come back after a 10 night stay, we had booked a basic double, the room we had was a lot more than basic, hotel staff on every level looked like enjoy themselves working there,everyone was always smiling and always had hello for everybody,no hesitation to book again. One criticism would be to have access to outside area from the bar without having to go down stairs with drinks

THE UGLY - Arrived late on Sunday evening and as it was so dark we didn’t realise we were backing on to the service yard until we were rudely awoken at 7.30 by the glass recycling being emptied!!!! Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel !!!!! As the morning went on there was a laundry delivery and then the kitchen rubbish was seen being thrown into a large skip by midday this starts to smell in the heat . Who wants this right outside their balcony . We were in room 2007 so I suggest if your travelling to this hotel you e mail ahead and ask not to be put in this block . Our room was moved by 1pm and Carmen and Corrina were extremely helpful . Although I asked to see the manager and was told there was no manager on duty ? We were put in another room with a pool view . However no assistance of a Porter was offered to us . I’m sure they get complaints all the time . We only stayed for a week and let’s be honest who wants the hassle of changing rooms .
If your going with TUI beware the reps here are useless one actually lied to me and told me our rep was unavailable as he was at an airport run . The next day the hotel rep told me he was there ??? He told me he knows about the rooms but there’s nothing TUI can do , the hotel know it’s a problem also ...HERES THE SOLUTION...STOP USING THESE ROOMS!!!!! Simple really . ( please view photos attached )

THE BAD - The restaurant is hectic and compared to various other H10 hotels we’ve visited I found it unorganised. The management give the staff no direction so tables are not cleared and sometimes laid incomplete. One day we had to move twice as no one came to take our drinks order , even then we had to ask one of the managers !!! Also food sometimes is not labelled at all .
One of the lifeguards spent most of the afternoon one day in the pool bar on his phone , luckily no one drowned that day !!! However our last two days there was a lifeguard working really hard . Managers in this hotel should be more visible for consistency amongst staff .

THE GOOD - Actually excellent , the piano bar was outstanding better than the 5 star H10 in Gran Canaries. Juan runs a great team and works with them instead of watching from a distance like most of the managers . Ajoze and Mattia ( sorry if I spelt these wrong ) are really exceptional barman who go out of their way to ensure you have a great evening. If these 3 ran the hotel I’m sure you’d see some improvements !
The hotel is in a great position and the area is lovely.
The pools are nice and clean .
The Cactus Bar is lovely and the ladies there work so hard and are always super friendly.
A nice hotel but I felt not quite a 4 star compared to other H10 hotels , apart from the piano bar which was outstanding.
