Hosts were fantastic. Replied very quickly to any questions and everything was exactly as per photos and nothing was a problem. They left us a lovely welcome present of local prosecco and pastries. They met us on arrival and came twice a week on Tues & Fri's to clean the pool and brought fresh bed linen and towels on Fridays. We stayed nearly 4wks mid June -July and the villa is new and decorated very nicely with new and very comfortable furniture. Beds were very big and comfortable. The pool had a cover and was a nice size and was always perfect temperature. The sun loungers were very comfortable. The BBQ was great and as built in only needed to clean the grate after use but lit easily and utensils were all to hand. Kitchen was very well stocked. Great coffee machine and has induction hob. Never found wanting for anything as they have it all there. Air con would be a bonus but they have 2 big fans. The villa is in a development of half finished villas 15mins walk back from the Marina Rubicon ctr so on arrival we thought it couldn't be there as looked like a ghost town till you drove in. In the end we liked it like that as it's the 1st completed villa on the corner as you go in. Beside and from that villa back are all finished and occupied but before it and to the side are unfinished which actually made it nice and quite and we got used to it quickly. Would defo recommend car hire its cheap and we drove to ctr and got a taxi home after nights out for 4€ the only negative I'd have in villa is they should raise the height of the wall at the back or fence it like neighbour on corner. If you're lying on beds or in the pool you're ok but you can see over easily when you stand up. So for privacy and to make outside space more relaxing I would highly recommend. But not many people around so it was fine. The curved TV was massive my 11yr old is tall and it's huge beside him. It took a chromecast that we brought so as well as English channels available we had Netflix for movies too. All and all we really enjoyed it.
