Very secluded except for owners frequently using the stairs to go to and from apartment above. You definitely need to have a car to explore the wonderful things that sardinia has to offer.
There is no seaview from patio. The owner does not speak any English but translates on his phone. He was happy to help organise a trip to Montevecchio Mine but I had already emailed them from home and arranged it.
The apartment is well equipped but the TV is on its way out with a three colour screen that is green at top, black and white in middle and purple at bottom. Makes watching news interesting. The microwave turntable doesn't turn but otherwise there is everything you need. There is no hot tub/ jacuzzi it is a shower over the bath with no curtain hence the bathroom floor is dangerously slippery after shower.
There is no sofa but a nice outside space shaded by trees. The apartment is nice and cool.
There are a variety of things to see around. Bosa is a pretty town nearby. The archaeological sites of Cornus and Tharros are good but take a guide book as not a lot of English speaking people around. Montevecchio mine is worth seeing and there is a spooky silver mine in Argentina. The tour around the Valley of the Nuraghe is interesting. San Salvador church is worth a visit but only open in morning. Edzu is a pleasant stroll in the cooler part of the day.
There are a variety of beaches around but like England if it's any good you have to pay to park.
