Charming atmosphere in the square sold out with locals enjoying a warm summer Saturday night in the company of friends and family, hosted by a warm an friendly host. A regular Salento menu with only one dish disappointing (somewhat chewier than usual calamari). The rest (meatballs, octopus, horse medallions, oriechiette, buratta, tagliatelle seppia) all fresh, authentic, honest and full of flavour. A memorable Pugliese experience.
