We just spent one nigth at this Hotel. The hotel appears to me under refubishing. Entrance and dining room gives you a warm welcome and you feel at home. Breakfast was tasteful. Dinner was tasteful as well. Kids manu have to be improved. Rooms are comfortable and the view is fantastic. rooms have not the same level of style of the lower floor but it appears that step by step the hotel is improving. this is for me just minor thinks since room was warm and clear and quite. Totally reccomended
I stayed at this hotel few months ago, and it was the best stay that my husband and I ever had!! The costumer serves was exellent! The rooms where very clean, oh and the view was magical!! If it happened for anyone to be in that part of France, I recommend that you stay in Hotel Les Campanules.
Our triple room was actually a good size and very clean and comfortable. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which is always a bonus. Bathroom was older style but lovely. Beautiful views from our balcony. Very warm welcome from reception staff and accommodating service from staff in the restaurant. We arrived quite late on the walk from Chamonix so did not get to the restaurant until 9.00pm. We were served delicious omelettes with salad and top notch fries. Restaurant has a lovely ambience. We also had an amazing buffet breakfast the following morning with a large array of cereals, breads and hot food. This hotel is located just at the end of the walk from Chamonix however the downside is that it is about 30 mins walk from the start of the TMB. We did not find it too inconvenient as we walked through town on the way and visited the supermarket and bakery for supplies.
On a road trip travel one night stay. Amicable staff, food was exquisite and the room size very adequate, clean and with exceptional views. I do suggest however that such a hotel is ideally for those planning to experience mountain climbing and similar excursions.
The hotel is located on a hill just on the edge of the town, a few minutes on foot from the centre and an easy walk for anyone doing the TMB. The rooms are simple but modern and very clean with super comfy beds. We paid a little extra for a mountain side room and had a nice balcony with an excellent view of Mont Blanc. Dinner and breakfast were both very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception can give you a card that gives free use of the local bus and train services throughout your stay but you may have to ask for it.
