Just a heads up, this destination may sound like a park on the beach near Hwy 400 and Hwy 12, but it is not. There is a park there that preserves natural vegetation and wildlife on what is essentially a giant sand dune dating from an earlier era. It is not near the water and nor has it access to the water. It is fenced at the highway and perhaps has access off one of the residential roads in Waubaushene. You'll have to take your beach umbrella somewhere else.
