We were really impressed by the B&B. We arrived quite late after a long drive into town and was greeted immediately by our host, Sarah. Sarah showed us our newly refurbished room which was beautifully done, and we thought the cookies and little amenities were a nice touch. The hotel was further up the road but not hard to find, and we liked that it was tucked away from the touristy areas. Overall quite enjoyable and relaxing.

Wonderful Bed and breakfast in Tekapo. Hotels there seem a little run down and this was a slightly pricier option but was very nice. The owner is fantastic. We were in room 3, which is the only room that doesn't have a self contained bathroom, but it is right across the hall from your room and nobody else uses it as it has your room name on it. Bathroom was really nice with heated floors, towel warmer and really nice finishes. Room had a Great Lake view. There are nice common areas too which you can use during breakfast which was prepared by the owner as well. Easy walk to downtown as well from the B&B.

Very upscale, elegant bed and breakfast in a peaceful and quiet part of Tekapo. Good parking, nice accommodations. Sarah, the proprietor, was very friendly and helpful. Not inexpensive but good value for New Zealand. This place has been fully renovated, it's in a new subdivision which is a nice part of town.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of Lake Tekapo.

Really nice welcome and we were looked after very well. Our room had a smashing walk in cloakroom which is handy when you have a partner who leaves things lying around. Well provided continental breakfast and plenty of local advice. A few minutes walk from the lake and town and as a result nice and quiet.

A bit of a walk into town but very warm welcome, excellent room and bathroom. Would be even better in summer with access to outdoor seating. Lovely breakfast and superb last night of a fantastic five week holiday in a lovely country with so many friendly people.
