The food was a gourmand experience, really delicious, all tastes fits together. I took a tuna fish medium with tomato puree and batata, radish and avocado, really delicious. My boyfriend took a chicken filled with some sausage meat served with avocado, fried batata and some other stuff. He also really liked it.
(Food starts from 10-12 euro)
We were wondering how the blue wine tastes, so we give it a try and surprisingly it was really good. A bottle for 10euro is ok.
It's a hotel restaurant...so I had sometimes feeling they don't care that we are also there, as we were not the guest of the hotel...as it seems they give more attention to the hotel guest. (F.e.The waitress pour wine to everybody except us, which seem very rude to me ! )
At the end we wait a long time for paying.. however they gave us taste their cherry spirit-liquer. The waiter were in the end very friendly and nice.
The restaurant is modern, with some nice flower decoration and candle on the table. I really liked the picture of Porto Moniz how it looked like in the past.
