A perfectly comfortable, clean and serviceable hotel, whilst not being particularly inspiring. Perfectly located for Pienza centre. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was more than adequate. It's a shame that the swimming pool is currently out of commission.

While taking a road trip to Tuscany we ended up stoping at Pienza for the night. The hotel is charming, the restaurant was good. We loved the price of the hotel and that included free parking which is awesome!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, we were traveling up north and didn’t have anything planned for the day. The receptionist told us about Bagno Vignoni and the view from The is spectacular!

We had a great reception here as the staff are all helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located just outside (2min walk) the old town centre but is ideal to locate and has underground parking so in brilliant position.

Room was spotless and very comfortable in old Italian style. Breakfast was good with an open terrace. Great hotel for touring the area and walking in Pienza.

This place looks more impressive outside than inside. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. They could be exposed in a museum as i would say there are made in the 70s. There was just 1 bin in the bathroom and no bins in the rooms which i found very strange. No ironing board and no iron in the room either. The one we borrowed from the reception was 30 years old and it was so hard to iron clothes with it. I think i enjoyed the breakfast the most as there was a variety of foods although no gluten free bread available.

The suite in this hotel was large and consisted of two rooms. The decor was a bit Spartan, but functional. A positive surprise was that in one of the rooms there was a dining table with chairs and a real fridge instead of a minibar. The bathroom was modern, clean and functional. The hotel is in a prime location and has its own underground car park, which we were allowed to use for a few hours after the checkout. Unfortunately, there were none of the usual coffee machines. The mattresses were worn, you could feel the springs. The introduction to the room was careless, the lady wanted to leave as soon as possible. There was also insufficient written information in the room, e.g. regarding the breakfast, which we then, at 10:08 also promptly missed. Everything had already been cleared away. Fortunately, right next to the hotel there is a bar called IL Giardino. We had our breakfast there and saw also other hotel guests. All in all, an ambiguous experience. This hotel is ok if you need to spend a night in Pienza, but no argument for a night in Pienza during a Tuscany trip.
